Description
We’ve gone soft. We’ve rebuilt our classic 2976 Chelsea boot using luxurious Ambassador leather, a tumbled material with an oiled finish and a soft handle that will feel shaped to your feet from day one — so it’s easier than ever to experience an Original Dr. Martens silhouette. The sole is secured with DM’s yellow welt stitching and marked with our signature grooving pattern. The top of the boot is tagged with our unmistakable black and yellow loop.

- The 2976 boot is our rugged take on the classic Chelsea boot. Manufactured since the 70s.
- Ambassador is a heavyweight and oily leather that’s been tumbled for added character. Clean with a damp cloth and care with Dr. Martens Wonder Balsam.
- The DMS sole is a cornerstone of Dr. Martens construction. A two-tone PVC sole marked with our signature grooving and our unique tread.
- Our Goodyear-welted lines are heat-sealed and reinforced with our signature welt stitch.

Care Instructions
Clean away dirt using a damp cloth and allow the shoes to dry. Then, apply Dr. Martens Wonder Balsam using the sponge applicator provided. Alternatively, you can use a product like the Columbus Double Shine Sponge, which acts as a sponge, waterproofer, and stain protector, and is easy to use.
Construction
Goodyear Welted - the upper and sole are heat-sealed and sewn together, providing more comfort and durability for years to come.
